Is POS a monthly fee?
No. Point of Sale is a one-time purchase for your practice. Stripe processing fees still apply to card payments as usual.
Do I need a separate till system?
No. CliniForm POS is built as the clinic checkout — treatments, products and receipts stay on the same client record as the appointment.
Can I sell packages and gift cards?
Yes. Sell session packages, memberships and gift vouchers, then redeem and track balances inside CliniForm.
Will payments link to consultations?
Yes. Checkout finishes the visit alongside consultation forms, AI summaries and treatment notes — not in a separate customer database.
What hardware do you support?
Stripe Terminal is the primary card path. Broader hardware and accounting integrations are on the roadmap for the same module.
