We are a team of software developers who have spent years building close relationships with the people who run independent wellbeing businesses — and CliniForm exists because they told us what they actually needed.
Who we are
CliniForm is built by a UK-based team of developers, designers and product people. We did not start with a generic form builder and try to sell it to clinics. We started by sitting down with practitioners — personal trainers, masseurs, beauticians, mental health therapists, sports therapists, nutritionists, reflexologists and salon owners — and listening to how they really run their businesses.
What we heard, again and again, was the same story: consultation forms were either printed PDFs, awkward Google Docs, or expensive clinic software that did far more than they needed. Clients forgot to fill them in. Sensitive health information lived in email inboxes. Practitioners walked into appointments unprepared. Nobody was happy.
So we built something better — a platform designed specifically for independent wellbeing professionals in the UK, with the right templates, the right compliance considerations, and a client experience that works on a phone in two minutes flat.
