Form builder rebuild
A complete rebuild of the form builder — easier creation and editing, clearer structure, and improved logic control.
What changed
The new builder includes:
- A clearer Forms entry point with My forms, Template library and Archived
- Outline, canvas and settings laid out for easier editing
- Plain-language conditional visibility
- Autosave, undo/redo, duplicate and improved previews

Practitioners can build professional forms without wrestling a technical interface — while keeping the power of conditions, sections and signing intact.
How to use it
- Open Forms in the back office.
- Create a form or edit an existing one.
- Use the canvas and settings panel to shape questions.
- Add conditions in plain language where needed.
- Preview, then activate when ready to send.
