What is the difference between Free and the Pro trial?
Free is ongoing for up to 5 active clients, with form builder, templates, notes, Treatment Plan Consent, an essential portal and a WellNear listing — no card required. The Pro trial unlocks unlimited clients and every standard Pro App for 14 days with no card required and no automatic billing.
What happens when the Pro trial ends?
After 14 days your account returns to Free unless you choose to subscribe to Pro at £24.99/month (or the annual price) and complete checkout. Nothing is charged automatically.
Which charges are additional?
Your plan covers CliniForm software access. SMS, WhatsApp and Stripe payment-processing fees are billed separately as you use them. Standard Pro Apps are included with Pro — you activate the tools you need.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Free and move to Pro when you need unlimited clients or Pro Apps. Contact us if you need Enterprise for white label, custom domains or multi-location delivery.
What happens to my records if I downgrade?
Your client records stay in CliniForm. On Free you can keep up to 5 active clients; you can still view and export existing records if you reach the limit. Archive a client or upgrade to Pro to add another.
