Booking is the diary the rest of CliniForm runs on. Online requests, reception bookings and WellNear appointments all land on the same Smart calendar and the same client record.

Walkthrough

  1. Install Booking from Pro Apps if you do not see Calendar in the menu.
  2. Add locations, rooms and services (name, duration, price and which forms to send).
  3. Set each practitioner's hours, buffers and time off. Online booking uses this availability — do not keep a second diary.
  4. Open Calendar for the day/week grid. Click a free slot to book, or drag to reschedule and notify the client.
  5. Turn on your public booking page. Clients pick a service, time and practitioner; a record is created or matched automatically.
  6. Use My Day, Waiting Room and Reception display on clinic days so status (Expected → Arrived → In treatment → Checkout) stays live.
  7. WellNear bookings use the same services and hours. Manage the public listing under WellNear, not in a separate calendar.

Tips

  • Send the consultation form as soon as the appointment is saved. Same-day completions drop if you wait until the morning.
  • Connect Online Payments if you want deposits at booking time.
