Your WellNear page is the public shopfront. Manage it from **WellNear** in CliniForm the way you would a Fresha venue page — only the operational data (services, hours, team, prices) stays linked to CliniForm so it cannot drift.

Walkthrough

1. Open WellNear. The Overview shows listing quality, views and completed bookings.
2. Listing. Write the headline, about text, categories, amenities, parking, accessibility, languages, cancellation policy and which contact details are public.
3. Photos. Upload a cover image, logo and a gallery of the rooms, work and team. Use clear, well-lit photos — this is what clients judge first.
4. Services. Choose which CliniForm services appear and whether they are bookable. Edit names, prices and duration in Booking → Services, not as a second list.
5. Team. Choose who appears on the public page. Add a short public bio. Practitioner hours still come from Booking.
6. Reviews. Read public reviews and reply from CliniForm so the conversation stays on the practice record.
7. Settings. Control visibility, whether prices show, and whether new services auto-appear. Publish when the checklist is complete.
8. Use View listing to see the client-facing page. New bookings appear on Calendar and My Day immediately.
