Walkthrough

  1. Go to Get Started Free or create a Pro trial from the homepage.
  2. Enter your name, email, password and practice name. No card is required on Free.
  3. Confirm your email if asked, then sign in to the backoffice.
  4. Add your first location, opening hours and a practitioner profile (even if that is just you).
  5. Upload a logo under Settings → Branding so client emails and the portal look like your practice.
  6. Create your first client and send a consultation form to confirm everything is working.

Tips

  • Free includes up to 5 active clients, client records, forms, notes and the client portal.
  • You can start on Free and add Pro Apps later without migrating client records.
