Walkthrough

  1. Install Loyalty and set Bronze → Silver → Gold → VIP thresholds (visits or spend).
  2. Create rewards: a free treatment, retail credit or birthday gift.
  3. Turn on referrals, challenges and visit streaks if they fit your practice.
  4. Points accrue when POS or Online Payments records an eligible sale.
  5. Clients can see their tier in the client portal. Reception sees it on the record at checkout.

Tips

  • Keep earning rules obvious. Hidden maths makes loyalty feel like a trick.
  • AI recommendations suggest a reward when a regular is at risk of lapsing.
