Walkthrough

  1. Install Online Payments and connect Stripe from the payments hub.
  2. Set deposits on services that no-show often. The booking flow can collect them automatically.
  3. After a visit, send an invoice or a QR / email / SMS payment link. Saved cards can be charged with consent.
  4. Packages, memberships and gift cards can be paid online and then redeemed at POS.
  5. Watch outstanding balances on the hub. Paid amounts appear on the client timeline and analytics.

Tips

  • Stripe webhooks keep status in sync. Do not mark invoices paid by hand unless it was cash outside the till.
  • Use Point of Sale for in-clinic card and cash; use this app for remote collection.
