Point of Sale is the clinic till — treatments, retail, packages, memberships and gift cards on the same client visit. It is closer to Square + Fresha than a payment screen.

Walkthrough

  1. Install Point of Sale from Pro Apps. It needs Booking so checkout can attach to an appointment.
  2. Open POS → Checkout. Search the client (or start from My Day) so the sale lands on their record.
  3. Add the treatment, then retail, packages, memberships or gift cards. Apply discounts or membership credit.
  4. Connect Stripe Terminal or Tap to Pay under POS → Terminal. Split card and cash if needed.
  5. Take payment, print or email the receipt, then mark the appointment ready for checkout.
  6. Use Transactions and Reports for end-of-day reconciliation and practitioner commission. Manage VAT & Tax under Settings.

Tips

  • Identify the client before adding items — commission, loyalty and memberships only apply to a named record.
  • Run till reconciliation before you leave. Card payouts should match the day's totals.
