Walkthrough

  1. Open Settings from the left menu.
  2. Branding — upload logo, set colours and public-facing practice name.
  3. Team — invite staff, assign roles and control who sees which areas.
  4. Reminders — configure email/SMS reminder timing (SMS requires SMS Credits add-on).
  5. Client portal — enable self-service booking, forms and account access.
  6. AI — tune assistant behaviour if AI Team is installed.

Tips

  • Only owners and admins can change billing and security settings.
  • Published branding applies to client-facing pages and emails.
