Walkthrough

  1. CliniForm is UK-hosted and built to support GDPR. You remain the controller for client data.
  2. To export a client, open their record and use Export (or ask support if you need a full bundle).
  3. Access requests and deletion requests should be logged. Do not delete a record that is still clinically required.
  4. Review retention under settings or your legal policy. Treatment notes often have a longer keep period than marketing emails.

  • Never send a full clinical export over personal email. Use the portal or a secure download.
