Browse, purchase and enable add-ons — Booking, POS, SMS, Client Messaging, Analytics and more — then manage your WellNear page from the same practice.

Pro Apps extend CliniForm. A WellNear listing is included with every account. Pro lets you change the public page. You install apps and manage WellNear in CliniForm; clients never work in the backoffice.

Walkthrough

  1. Go to Pro Apps in the left menu.
  2. Browse categories: reception, payments, communications, operations and growth.
  3. Read each app's description, price and what it adds to your menu. Open the matching Help Centre guide for a walkthrough and screenshot.
  4. Purchase or enable apps; new menu items appear when active.
  5. Open WellNear to publish photos, about text and bookable services. Bookings from WellNear land on the same calendar.
  6. Configure each app from its own Settings submenu.

Tips

  • Some apps depend on others — Point of Sale needs Booking; Inventory pairs with POS.
  • WellNear is not a separate Pro App. It comes with Pro and is managed from CliniForm.
