Walkthrough

  1. Go to Settings → Reminders.
  2. Set timing — typically 24 hours and 2 hours before a visit.
  3. Choose channels: email is included; SMS needs credits; WhatsApp needs Client Messaging.
  4. Add form-chase reminders for unsigned consent.
  5. Test with a dummy appointment on your own number before going live.

Tips

  • Two reminders outperform one. A same-morning reminder cuts no-shows more than a 48-hour email alone.
  • Keep the wording short. Include date, time, practitioner and a form link.
