Walkthrough

  1. Open a consultation and go to Review notes (or treatment notes).
  2. Record a new voice note, or open an existing recording on the note.
  3. Ask CliniForm AI to suggest answers for the note fields — SOAP or your custom note template.
  4. Edit anything that needs adjusting. Add clinical detail the transcript missed.
  5. Review carefully, then save. Nothing is stored as the final note until you confirm.

Tips

  • AI suggestions are drafts only. You stay responsible for what is saved on the record.
