Walkthrough

  1. Open the client or today's appointment and choose Treatment notes (or start a consultation).
  2. Use SOAP, a built-in note type, or your own note template so fields match how you work.
  3. Add a body map and pain score. Compare with the previous visit.
  4. Attach photos, files or a voice recording. Recordings stay on the note; AI can draft fields from them when enabled.
  5. Record treatment-plan consent when the plan changes.
  6. Save. The note appears on the consultation, timeline and next-visit workspace.

Tips

  • Write notes before the next client arrives. Saved notes feed CliniForm AI summaries later.
  • Do not store clinical notes in email or WhatsApp — they will not appear on the record or in reporting.
