Walkthrough

  1. Install AI Team from Pro Apps.
  2. Add knowledge articles so answers sound like your practice, not a generic clinic.
  3. Choose which assistants can draft reminders, summarise outstanding invoices or suggest follow-ups.
  4. Review the approval queue before anything sends to a client.
  5. Tune behaviour under Settings → CliniForm AI together with consultation summaries.

Tips

  • AI is an assistant, not a clinician. Confirm risk flags and wording before they go out.
  • Consultation summaries still live on CliniForm AI on the client record — this app is the team layer.
