Walkthrough

  1. CliniForm AI runs when a consultation form is submitted (Professional / Pro features).
  2. Open the appointment or client workspace and choose CliniForm AI.
  3. Read Summary for the relevant history in a few sentences.
  4. Check Important considerations for allergies, medications and red flags.
  5. Use Suggested questions as a prompt in the room — you still make the clinical decision.
  6. Regenerate only if the client updates their form; the previous version stays in the timeline.

Tips

  • AI is an assistant, not a diagnosis. Confirm flags with the client before treatment.
  • Tune behaviour under Settings → CliniForm AI if you have AI Team installed.
