Walkthrough

  1. Install Memberships & Packages.
  2. Create a plan (for example unlimited monthly massage) or a prepaid pack (four facials).
  3. Set pause, freeze and cancellation rules. Connect Stripe for recurring billing.
  4. Sell from POS or an online link. Family memberships can share credits when you allow it.
  5. At checkout, identify the member so benefits apply automatically. Usage is tracked on the record.
  6. Follow failed renewals from the memberships dashboard — do not let access continue unpaid.
