Walkthrough

  1. Install Multi-Clinic and add each location (address, hours, rooms).
  2. Assign staff permissions per site. Practitioners can work at more than one location.
  3. Switch location from the header to work in that diary. Cross-location bookings stay on the same client.
  4. Share or separate stock. Transfers between sites can require approval.
  5. Use Group Reports for combined revenue. Tax and branding can stay local.

Tips

  • One client record across sites prevents duplicate histories and conflicting allergies.
  • Each location can have its own WellNear presence while bookings still land in CliniForm.
