Walkthrough

  1. Install Video Consultations. It uses your Booking diary for online appointment types.
  2. Mark services as video-capable. Clients get a join link by email, SMS or calendar invite.
  3. They enter a waiting room (logo, wait time, device check). You admit them from My Day.
  4. During the call, keep forms, SOAP notes, body map and chat beside the video. AI can draft notes with consent.
  5. Collect a signature or payment in-session, then send aftercare and book the next visit. The timeline updates as usual.

Tips

  • Test camera, mic and a dummy client on your phone before the first paid session.
  • Recordings are optional, consent-based and UK-hosted. Set retention in settings.
