Walkthrough

  1. White Label is an enterprise app. Contact CliniForm if it is not already on your organisation.
  2. Open the agency dashboard to add practices you manage and assign licences.
  3. Set branding, logo and a custom domain. DNS must verify before you publish.
  4. Preview client-facing pages (portal, forms, emails) before going live.
  5. Invoice your practices from agency billing. Usage reports show who is active.

Tips

  • Publish branding only after a phone preview of the portal and a test form email.
  • Named team logins still apply inside each practice — do not share one agency password with clinics.
