Walkthrough

  1. Open Settings → Branding.
  2. Upload a square logo and a wider email header if you have one.
  3. Set your primary colour. Preview a form link and an appointment email before publishing.
  4. Check the practice display name — this is what clients see, not the legal company name.
  5. If you have White label, add a custom domain after DNS is verified.

Tips

  • Use a transparent PNG logo. Busy photographs crop poorly in emails.
  • Publish only after you have previewed the client portal on a phone.
