Walkthrough

  1. Open a treatment note or consultation review notes panel.
  2. Choose Record voice note and allow microphone access when the browser asks.
  3. Speak your observations, then stop. The recording attaches to that note automatically.
  4. Play the audio back from the note, download it if needed, or delete a take you will not keep.
  5. Add a short caption so the team can find the right recording later.

Tips

  • Record in a quiet room when you can — clearer audio is easier to review and to transcribe with AI.
  • Voice notes are clinical records. Do not share the audio file outside CliniForm.
