What’s included in the 14-day Pro trial?
Your 14-day Pro trial includes all standard Pro features and Apps — bookings, payments, messaging, AI notes, reporting and more. No card is required and nothing bills automatically.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. Nothing is charged automatically. After your trial, choose Basic for £7.99/month or Pro for £24.99/month (or £239.88/year billed annually) if you want to continue.
How does Basic signup work?
Basic is a paid plan at £7.99/month — not a free trial. After you create your account you continue to secure checkout, and billing starts when payment is confirmed.
Can I bring my existing client records across?
Yes — use Settings → Import clients (or Clients → Import CSV) to preview, map and validate demographics. There is no one-click importer from competitor systems. Medical history and diary stay manual or support-assisted.
Are there any additional usage charges?
SMS, WhatsApp and payment-processing usage charges apply separately from your CliniForm plan. Plan prices cover the software; messaging credits and Stripe processing fees are billed as used.
What is included in Basic?
Basic is £7.99/month and includes unlimited client records, custom consultation and consent forms, digital signatures, treatment notes, an essential client portal, a WellNear listing, and up to 3 team members (including the practice owner). Additional members are £3.99/month each. Bookings, payments, AI and other Pro Apps require Pro.
What happens if I do not subscribe?
If you do not choose a paid plan after the trial, your account moves to a subscription-required state. Your records stay visible and exportable, but Pro tools pause until you subscribe to Basic or Pro.
Can I use CliniForm alongside my existing booking system?
Yes. Many practices start with CliniForm for forms, consent and notes while keeping their current diary. When you are ready, Pro adds CliniForm bookings and calendar on the same client record.
Can I export my data?
